Obama FTW!

Just saw Obama speak on TV. Yes, I am fully aware that I am in Minneapolis, and he was speaking in St. Paul. I did think about going over there... but I figured I wouldn't get back home til upwards of 11 if I was lucky... and then try to wind down, go to bed, and be up by 6:30 tomorrow? Yeah.... Don't corpse camp that idea.. it'll never rez...

I was very excited by the things I heard, and I don't think he's gonna be politics as usual. I think he's going to be a breath of fresh air...

And the fact that he actually said good things about Clinton and McCain was really cool. I wasn't impressed by the crowd boooooing when he mentioned McCain... but he turned that around pretty well and actually said something good... I was impressed.

Anyway... I truly believe, as I have from the beginning of this campaign, that Obama will be the next president. Yes, I believed this in the days when he wasn't doing so well (well, maybe I was hoping, lol)... and I think he'll be good for our country.

And as uncrazy as I am about Clinton... if he wants her as his VP... what the heck, I can support that. Would actually be refreshing.... take a rival, and put her on his team.

He has claimed victory, she has not conceded. That kinda pisses me off.

Oh well. Life goes on.
